Info: Is designed for both beginners and elite beach players ages 11 to 18. STVA beach gives athletes the opportunity to play competitive beach volleyball year around. STVA beach training program consists of developing the most complete athlete for their desired level of performance in the sport by integrating the components of beach volleyball training and education, Nutrition, Strength and Conditioning. The junior program focus on preparing athletes for tournament play and the opportunity to play in college, now that Beach is scholarship sport. Beach can also maximize their performance towards their indoor game. Players will be grouped by skill level to ensure that the level of play is appropriate to maximize performance at each practice.
