Description: Our Elite Camp is designed for those volleyball players looking to take their game above and beyond. We will home in on skills, volleyball IQ, strategy, film sessions, team play and much more!! This is our first year to run this type of camp and we are fully prepared to help our athletes discover how much work, desire and effort it takes to be great!! We will emphasis vigorous repetitions and high energy drills utilizing the basic volleyball skills. Physical conditioning and plyometric training will be emphasized.

The camp is intended for all aged volleyball players willing to work hard to achieve their goals. This camp is designed for regional and national level players. At least one year of club at these levels is preferred. This camp will be a combination of individual skill work as well as combined team drills and competitive play. During this week of camp athletes will train different skills all together as well as break in to position specific training. Every day of camp will end with competitions in game like scenarios.
