This program is geared for the intermediate to advanced athlete ages 12U to 18U. These athletes should be working with Cristian and Madison in our Strength and Conditioning Program for an evaluation and approval. The Vertical is an integral part of volleyball performance. Training to develop your vertical and quickness should be conducted 2-3 times a week for maximum potential.
