[NEW COACH ANNOUNCEMENT] Parents and players, please join me and the entire club in welcoming COACH JORDAN RUIZ to the #STVA family. We are pleased to announce she will be a head coach for one of our Mizuno teams as well as stepping in as Director of Operation!

Coach Jordan brings years of coaching experience to the STVA team. In her 10 years coaching club volleyball, she has back to back years qualifying for nationals in the 15s age group, and finished 2nd in liberty division last year. Additionally, Coach Jordan has 5 years of coaching High School volleyball in San Antonio.

Coach Jordan has a clear passion for volleyball, and likes to lead by example with strong character and integrity. She is an effective and a clear communicator who values the athlete as a whole and develops respectful relationships by building meaningful rapport and by being supportive, goal oriented, honest, and sharing her deep understanding of the sport.

Her motto to bring out the best in her athletes is, "Trust the process."

We are excited to have Coach Jordan in the upcoming 2023-24 #CompetitiveVolleyball season at STVA.  We are very pleased to have her on board and the vast experience she brings to South Texas Volleyball Academy.
