Description: Our 4 week Hitting Academy will train fundamentals, IQ, and give an abundance of reps for the skill they are training (Attacking/Setting). It will be a 4 week session. Athletes will go home with homework assignments and have outside tasks to do to fully understand the concepts being taught. We recommend that you only register if you are able to attend all four sessions. We will not pro-rate if you cannot make a session! The Academy will be limited to 8 athletes only!
