Description: Our High Intensity Camp is designed to assist players in taking your game to the next level. Emphasis will be on vigorous repetitions and high energy drills utilizing the basic volleyball skills. Physical conditioning and plyometric training will be stressed. The High Intensity camp will be very similar to the Elite Camp. This camp is designed for regional and national level athletes and will be run at a very fast pace. During this camp we will work skill training for half of the time and then transition to game play emphasizing a specific focus and goal during the live play. This camp is geared towards athletes who have competitive playing experience and who can transition into different drills at a fast pace. This camp will be great preparation for your school tryouts.
